Positive: Still one of the best, if not the best, option in Zielona Góra. Absolutely spotless cleaning. Very polite and helpful staff.
Negative: We arrived to a flat whose washing machine had a « do not use » sign. I reached out to booking.com and it turned out the owner had already planned to replace it, and indeed he did 24hours later. Okay, but how are we supposed to know it if you don’t leave a note or write ahead of us checking in? In the end it turned out OK but it was a bit of a letdown upon check-in. I was worried we weren’t going to have enough time to do our laundry before leaving to our next destination. We’ve been coming to this same flat for 3 years in a row now and I can see lots of small things not getting fixed: the bathroom’s flush is missing a button; the first bedroom’s light switch is about to fall off; the bathroom’s lock is missing its screw; missing plug in the bathroom sink (was already like this last year); the WiFi is okay-ish when it works, about 50% it just won’t connect, and when it does it’s 14Mbps down and 4Mbps up - don’t rely on it for business calls! Also, no shutters or blinds on any bedroom windows, so expect to wake up early in summer. All these issues are minor but I’d suggest the owner stay in the flat for 1-2 days, they’d soon spot them and do something about it. Don’t rest on your laurels.

Positive: A very nice studio apartment very close to the old town area. Parking in front of the building if you were early, 3-4 spaces for, I think, 8 apartments. But parking available elsewhere if needed. Most of what we needed was thoughtfully provided by the hosts. (though as with every other apartment we have stayed in Poland, no milk or milk powder provided for coffee or tea).
Negative: Only fault was 1 bath towel was threadbare and had a hole in it.
Summary: Very tidy attractive studio in very good location.

Positive: Nice apartment, near city centre, well equipped which all you need even for a longer stay. Tomasz quickly responded to my request for stronger bulb as the light was not sufficient and replace it. As I stayed 3 weeks, I highly appreciate that, cleaning ladies come every week to change towels and beddings.
Negative: Compared to my stay in October 2023, the cleanliness of the apartment has decreased. The dishwasher was very dirty from previous visitors and required a really thorough cleaning, for which I asked the owner, but unfortunately without a response. Probably for these reasons, the dishes were also not very clean and required washing. I think it's a pity that such nicely furnished apartments don't get the proper care.

Negative: Communication with the owner was not the best - I have requested a crib which was confirmed upon booking but once we have arrived it was not in the flat - before arrival I have asked where we can parked, unfortunately I have not received this information before arrival I had to call and ask and only then information was provided Although flat was lovely this extra stress left not the best memories from the stay
